By placing an order, you are purchasing our services for personal use only. All materials produced are delivered with your ownership rights, while the Company
retains no claim over your content. Services are provided as described and are non-refundable except under the conditions described in this policy.

Requests after work has started may incur a 15% processing fee.
Unsatisfactory Delivery:

If after all revisions your project still fails to meet the agreed requirements, a mutually agreed partial refund may be processed.
Late Delivery:

If delivery is delayed due to company error after at least three attempts to contact you, a refund may be processed upon verification.
